Refunds

The one-time reading is digital. After Stripe confirms payment, the full reading is delivered in this browser.

If payment succeeds and the reading does not open, or the same order is charged twice, contact us through the merchant details on the Stripe receipt. We will check the payment record.

A reading that was fully delivered is not refunded automatically because the reader changed their mind.

The 30-day plan is not sold before mail is verified. Reminders that are not turned on are not a delivered service and are not, by themselves, a reason for a refund.

Prices are USD $16.99 for the one-time reading and USD $29.99 for the 30-day plan after it returns.
